One of the most important sets of skill of a trainer is facilitation skills. The very act of helping other people deal with a process or reach an agreement or solution is called facilitation. It is well described as helping, improving or making something easier, in other words facilitation is teaching without teaching.


An adventure is well known as an unusual experience, usually risk undertaking with an uncertain outcome as I believe in the wisdom of the participant. Though it is a speculation but to experience it is also happening.

Story Telling

It is well said that “The person who does not know history repeats it? also I believe that a person who knows short past stories shall recreate it. Stories leave a mark upon your brain, gets embark in your heart and above all encourages you to reach bigger heights by motivating you with “I can do factor?.

Facilitator Led Discussion

We all know that the duty of a catalyst is to make the reaction happen without getting involved in it. So a catalyst is a part of reaction, though not in it. Similarly facilitator understands, listens & carefully leds the discussion.

Think, Pair & share

The Think pair & share Strategy is designed to differentiate instruction by providing participant time & structure for thinking on a given topic. It is a collaborative learning strategy in which participants work together over areas of improvement.

Art Based Methods

Many things are well remembered when seen. The systematic use of artistic process is a primary way of understanding & examining experience of any participant. This is positioned as a methodology for radical, ethical & revolutionary research that is futuristic and socially responsible.

Rhythmic Methods

We began with elementary rhythmic notation and its components: The beat, pulse, time signatures and notes. It helps you heal also by knowing your own inner rhythm. Again when you play an instrument for a moment you remain in a stage where you are only with yourself.

Observation Based Debriefing

Observation Based Debriefing is simulation based learning. Its objective is to make concrete observations, Honest & Transparent thinking and genuine inquiry into learner’s perspective. It is a process of linking observations from the activity to the theory and then helping learners make the experiential learning cycle by using evidence based instructional strategies.
